[1] We "only" ship to the Shopify address specified on your receipt and a valid address,
so please provide your address as accurate as possible.
[2] US: We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier and items under 13 ounces would be primarily shipped with First Class Package.
Above 13 would be shipped with Priority Mail Package.
We choose Priority over Parcel mainly due to the delivery time. Since we use special packaging, we do not use USPS flat rate box.
yet, we will work hard to provide competitive shipping price and time as the volume increases.
(Normally, it takes 2-5 business days for you to get the item once it is shipped.
Both First class and Priority includes tracking reference.)
[3] * APO/FPO or US Territories:
Please provide as detail information as possible since little errors on your address can cause huge delay on delivery of your shipment.
[4] Other Countries: We would use USPS First Class with average estimated delivery of 5-9 business days after your item gets shipped.
In case of Russia or Brazil, where the countries have different address system, it might take longer.
And if the local postal authorities decide not to update tracking information after the item is cleared, we have no way of locating your item until you receive it. Yet, for any problem during transit, please let us know.
